Kevin Timothee is a former professional athlete turned business leader with a story rooted in resilience, discipline, and growth. A top-100 high school athlete in Florida, Kevin was heavily recruited nationwide for both football and track, competed at Ole' Miss and later at FIU, where he held the indoor 60-meter record for nearly a decade and ran a blazing 4.27 40-yard dash.
At FIU, an attentive coach helped Kevin discover he had a learning disability with ADHD, and once addressed, Kevin became the first football player from FIU to reach the NFL
Unfortunately, being diagnosed with ADHD is not the end of the road. Now, one needs to learn how to manage their ADHD. While at FIU, Kevin took advantage of obtaining an IEP and receiving accommodations.
The negative aspects of ADHD began when the transition from college to the NFL took place. Unfortunately, without proper management of ADHD, transitioning out of the NFL happened sooner than everyone wanted.... or expected.
Kevin’s professional football journey took him through the Tennessee Titans, New York Giants, St. Louis Rams, NFL Europe, &the CFL’s Hamilton Tiger-Cats. After retiring from football, he transitioned into corporate America, building a successful career in insurance &automotive sales across both wholesale &retail sectors.
The next phase of life, Kevin has transitioned into helping student athletes & their parents use sports to help manage ADHD throughout their lives....not just on the field.
