About Timely ADHD Solutions, LLC

 I decided to start my collegiate journey graduating with my Associates in Economics from Miami Dade College, a Bachelors in Business and Finance from Florida International University, and after teaching for several years, decided to get a Master’s Degree in Educational Leadership simply to get my skills certified, and then rounding things off with a Master’s Certificates in Applied Behavior Analysis and Autism Spectrum Disorder from Arizona State University!  

During my 20+ career as an educator, having taught Kindergarten through eighth grade, I also became a Special Education Program Specialist for the school district where I wrote and implemented Individualized Educational Plans (IEPs) for students, teachers, parents, and with state advocates. 

Over a decade ago is when I decided to look deeper into how I can EFFECTIVELY manage a classroom full of students, who all have different forms of ADHD and various parts of the Autism Spectrum Disorder. That need turned into my desire to understand, thus beginning my journey into understanding individuals from a behavioral aspect. Teaching with the Brain in Mind, by Eric Jensen became one of my favorite textbooks. Thus, leading to how I like to offer my services. I like to analyze the person’s ADHD through a scientific approach, by understanding how that individual’s brain works, and then helping them target specific behaviors that they either want to enhance, or decrease in their lives. Regardless of whether the client is on ADHD medication, treatments are still a necessity for one to successfully life with ADHD, and this is where an ADHD Tutor/ Consultant can help enhance a part of someone's life. After all, that is one of the keys to managing ADHD, a good support team.  

ADHD is not just about conquering academics in the classroom, it’s also about conquering life skills that sometime get overlooked while one is transitioning into adulthood....and sometimes after!
