ADHD Coaching is a supporting tool designed to help understand the intricacies of ADHD while implementing scientific based skills to help manage a life with ADHD. This particular design of coaching takes an individualized approach to understanding how ADHD affects your life, your career, your relationships, parenting styles, etc. ADHD Coaching is not just for people with an ADHD diagnosis. ADHD Coaching is designed for individuals with ADHD, individuals who has a partner with ADHD, or parents of children with ADHD.
Our ADHD coaches are all certified and credentialed in their areas of expertise.

Many with ADHD struggle with time management. An ADHD Coach will help develop strategies to manage time efficiently and effectively by working together and creating schedules, using planners, breaking tasks into manageable steps together.

Executive Functioning Skills, including organization, planning, and decision-making, can be challenging for our clients with ADHD. Coaches will work with clients to enhance these skills, amongst others, offering tools and techniques to improve organization, planning, and decision-making.

Build a strong professional network with our networking strategies and partners. We will help you identify key connections, develop a networking plan, and provide feedback on your approach. We are all considered a part of your team and will confer to come up with the best strategies to ensure success.

Our coaches will help our clients identify certain problematic behaviors and develop personal strategies to manage and modify them. These tasks could include schedules, reward systems, and breaking tasks into smaller tasks.

It is important to ensure all the needs of our life are met. We partner with medical professionals, health and fitness trainers, nutritionists and chefs, personal trainers, mindfulness coaches, financial planners. athletic trainers, and mental health professionals.

Self-advocacy is a crucial skill for individuals with ADHD, as it empowers them to effectively communicate their needs, rights, and preferences. Here, our coaches will instill important, key points to consider regarding self-advocacy and ADHD.
